Michelle Miller, PT, DPT, COMT

Dr. Michelle Miller joined Sirona Physical Therapy in 2010.  She earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in 1997 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2012.  Prior to her graduate studies she received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree from the University of Puget Sound, where she a member of the varsity crew team. In 2005 Michelle completed a post-graduate certification in manual therapy from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. She has completed numerous continuing education courses throughout her career and is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TPDN) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).  Additionally, she is certified as an instructor by the Aquatic Exercise Association.

Michelle brings over 20 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy to Sirona. She enjoys treating patients across the age and activity spectrum, and having the opportunity to educate and empower patients on their path to recovery and wellness. Michelle utilizes her manual skills and exercise background to design and implement physical therapy programs specific to each patient to help them to achieve, and perhaps exceed, their goals in a timely manner.  

Michelle enjoys being outdoors snowboarding, camping, and keeping up with her husband Chris and two active teenagers, Joshua and Tess.


Larissa Ellis, PT, DPT

Dr. Larissa Ellis, PT DPT joined Sirona Physical Therapy in June 2015. She has been practicing orthopedic physical therapy in Colorado since earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2009. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Biology and minor in Spanish.
She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions with an emphasis on evidence based manual therapy techniques, coupled with specific therapeutic exercise, functional movement training and patient education to ensure long term success. Larissa also enjoys treating vestibular dysfunction which includes dizziness, vertigo and balance deficits. She is semi-fluent in Spanish and enjoys utilizing this skill with individuals whose primary language is Spanish.
Larissa has completed numerous continuing education courses and is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TPDN) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). In 2011 she became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS).

Having been born and raised in Colorado, Larissa enjoys everything the outdoors have to offer, including mountain biking, skiing and camping. She lives in Lakewood with her husband Ryan, son Sam, daughters Claire & Jane and their dog, Birdie.


Taylor Johnson PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Taylor Johnson, PT, DPT, OCS joined Sirona Physical Therapy in August 2024. She earned her Bachelors in Kinesiology from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011 and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University-St.Louis in 2014. She became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2020 and has focused her practice on treating orthopedic and sports conditions with emphasis on movement mechanics and exercise therapy, supplemented by manual therapy, dry needling and BFR to optimize her patient's recovery.  She enjoys working with all ages, as well as active individuals of all activities and skill levels, from recreational to collegiate athletes returning to sport. 

Taylor has extensive experience participating in her own physical therapy following multiple shoulder surgeries and growing up a multiple sport athlete, and uses her experiences and knowledge to help guide you back to your best. 

Taylor is a Colorado native who spends her spare time outdoors with her husband Dave, son Dominic, and Vizsla Melvin. She enjoys hiking, cycling, paddleboarding, camping, skiing and gardening. She is a die-hard Badgers and Packers fan.

Audrey Waldron, PT, DPT

Dr. Waldron PT, DPT has owned and operated Waldron’s Peak Physical Therapy (WPPT) in Boulder since 2002 and acquired Sirona Physical Therapy in Golden in 2012. She has been practicing physical therapy since 1990 and established WPPT in order to be able to provide exceptional, quality care treatment that incorporates evidence based practice in conjunction with years of personal experience. She believes that each individual should have access to a health care provider that will listen and jointly formulate a plan of care specific for their needs. She has developed a reputation for serving as a primary care provider for individuals with musculoskeletal conditions and works closely with physicians to ensure that an individual is receiving the most comprehensive care possible to maintain their PEAK performance.

Audrey continuously strives to enhance her clinical skills by attending a wide variety of clinical education courses in orthopedics, manual therapy, Trigger Point Dry Needling and fitting individuals for orthotics, to name a few. Over the past 30 years she has taken close to 100 continuing education courses. She completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy from University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ/Rutgers University in 1990 and completed her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver in May 2013.

In addition to her clinical success, she is professionally active in the Colorado American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Private Practice Section of the APTA. She served as President of the Colorado APTA for 4 years, Chief Delegate for 4 years and served on the board of Directors for >25 years. She has served on and chaired numerous committees on both a statewide and national level and has testified regarding numerous pieces of legislation affecting the physical therapy profession in Colorado.

Audrey enjoys mentoring young professionals and assists in the physical therapy Doctoral programs at both the University of Colorado and Regis University. She was awarded the Colorado Outstanding Physical Therapist Award in 2001, Outstanding Alumnae from Rutgers University in 2004, and The Cerasoli Educator Award for Outstanding contributions to the education of student physical therapists in 2008 from the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program.

In her spare time she enjoys running, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, biking and golfing - basically, anything outdoors.
