Our Front Office Staff compliment each other well due to their exceptional organizational skills, intelligence, warm and caring personalities and ability to communicate with the upmost of professionalism. They will be assisting you with scheduling, insurance verification and billing questions.
Joan has lived in Colorado since 1974 and in Golden since 1998. She joined the Sirona team in 2014 never having worked in a medical office. She quickly learned the tools of the trade and has excelled in the front office to provide you with exceptional customer service! Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children and extended family, all of whom call Colorado home.
Shana joined the Sirona team in 2021. She brings years of customer service experience to our staff and is eager to assist our patients in receiving the care they need. She has lived in Golden for many years and enjoys spending time on her patio taking in the fresh air. You may see her around town at local events like the Golden Bike Cruise on her trike!
